Special Arrangement for Tropical Cyclone Warning

In the event of the issuance of Tropical Cyclone Signal No.8 or above / "Extreme Condition" / Black Rainstorm Warning, our clinic will adopt the following special arrangement:

Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or Above

• If Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above is issued, clinic service will be suspended while the warning signal is in force.
• In general, clinic services will be resumed as soon as practicable within 2 hours or in the next clinic session after the warning signal No. 8 (without "extreme condition") is cancelled.
• Affected patients would receive our phone/ Whatsapp within 1 working day for reschedule.

Black Rainstorm Warning Signal

• If Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is issued during clinic session, clinic service will continue while the warning signal is in force.
• If Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is issued before the clinic session, clinic will remain closed while the warning signal is in force. In general, clinic services will be resumed as soon as practicable within 2 hours or in the next clinic session after the warning signal is cancelled. 
• Affected patients would receive our phone/ Whatsapp within 1 working day for reschedule.
